To answer your question, the way to get more dates and sex is to go out there in the world and try to date as many people of your sexual preference as you can. The problem however with this approach is that you are all but assured of numerous visits to your local STD clinic on a regular basis, and you are guaranteed a one way trip to your grave to be lowered into in it well before you reach your senior citizen years!  
Look, you look like you are still a very young man. Just take your time, and allow the natural order of selection and life to take its course. You will discover that if you have a very nice disposition and a good intelligent head on your shoulders; you will naturally draw a fair amount of suitors to you. 
Dont think and lead with your sexual organ; think and lead with your mind and your heart. The rest will follow.
